401(k) PLAN
The purpose of the 401(k) plan is to provide associates an additional option to build for retirement income.
Associates are eligible to begin participation in the 401(k) plan immediately upon date of hire with an entry
date the first of the calendar month coinciding with or next following first of the month of employment.
Participants may elect to defer from 1% to 100% of their salary into different funds. In addition,
"direct rollover" contributions from a previous qualified plan will be accepted prior to enrollment in the Plan.

SAFE HARBOR
Associates become participants after 6 months of employment with quarterly entry dates of January, April,
July and October. At the end of each Plan Year, the Bank will make a contribution on behalf of all eligible
associates whether or not they made elective contributions for the plan year. This contribution will be
equal to 3% of an associate’s eligible compensation for the year. This contribution will be 100% vested.
Associates who enter the plan during the year will receive 3% of their eligible compensation from their entry date through
year end.
PROFIT SHARING PLAN
The Bank provides a discretionary profit sharing contribution to eligible associates based on profits at year end.
Associates become participants on January 1st or July 1st following the completion of one (1) year of
service. A minimum of 1000 hours must be worked in each plan year to qualify for the profit sharing
