You may be receiving email requests to update your customer information at Citizens Business Bank. This is a Phishing Scam! The scam involves a request to click on a link to update your online banking information (don?t click on this link). This is a phishing email and is not from Citizens Business Bank.

Please do not share your personal information. Citizens Business Bank will never initiate a request for sensitive information (i.e. social security number, personal login ID, password, PIN, or account number) nor ask our customers to verify account information via email.
