Your account information can only be accessed by a combination of your access code (the number of the account you are inquiring about) and your password. You may have both business and personal accounts with us. To protect your privacy, the ServiceLine menu gives you the option of assigning a unique password to any account to be accessed only by you.

How It Works

When you call, ServiceLine will ask you to select an option from a main menu. You will then be asked to enter your account number and password.

Once your account number and password are entered, ServiceLine prompts you through a series of menus to select inquiries or types of transactions specific to your account or type of transaction you have requested.

You can complete multiple transactions for one or more accounts during the same call by requesting to return to the main menu and then entering the appropriate account number.

At any time during a call, you may press "0" to speak to a personal ServiceLine Representative during regular banking hours or leave a personal message.
