Ontario, California, March 19, 2004-CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ:CVBF) announced a twelve-cent ($0.12) per share dividend for the first quarter of 2004. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting on March 17, 2004. It will be payable on April 14, 2004, to shareholders of record as of March 31, 2004.
