Relationship Manager Trainee

The Relationship Manager Trainee (RMT) works closely with Citizens Business Bank’s Senior Sales Managers in an extensive 12-month sales and business-focused development program. The RMT will learn how to develop and facilitate long-term relationships for the Bank. As a RMT, you will be assigned to a Financial Center located within California to work with a Senior Sales Manager to assist in identifying new relationships and expanding existing relationships. In addition, as the RMT you will spend focused time in multiple departments in order to gain insight and knowledge of their relevant business practices. Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree required.
