CVB Financial Corp. Announces 106th Consecutive Cash Dividend

Ontario, CA, March 23, 2016 – CVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: CVBF) announced a twelve cent ($.12) per share cash dividend with respect to the first quarter of 2016. The dividend was approved at the regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting held on March 23, 2016. The dividend will be payable on or about April 20, 2016 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 2016.
