CVB Financial Corp. Statement of Condition Q2 2026

CVB Financial Corp. (CVBF) reported net income of $48.3 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, compared with $51.0 million for the first quarter of 2026 and $50.6 million for the second quarter of 2025. Our consistent financial performance is highlighted by our 197 consecutive quarters, or 49 years, of profitability, and our 147 consecutive quarters of paying cash dividends.

Total assets were $21.18 billion at June 30, 2026, an increase of $5.68 billion, or 36.60%, from $15.51 billion at March 31, 2026. The increases in total assets compared to prior periods primarily reflect the impact of the Heritage Commerce Corp. acquisition completed on April 17, 2026, partially offset by balance sheet optimization activities during the quarter. With the successful completion of our systems conversion in June, we remain focused on the integration of the merged companies and the opportunities for accelerated growth in the Bay Area while achieving the projected returns we outlined for this acquisition. We now operate in every major economic center of California and will continue to deliver our relationshipfocused banking model throughout the state of California.

We welcomed a new Director, Michael J. Maddox, who joined the Board of Directors for both CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank on July 22, 2026. Mr. Maddox brings more than 17 years of executive banking leadership experience, having served as Chief Executive Officer, President, Vice Chairman, and Board Member at high-performing financial institutions, where he guided strategic growth, organizational development, and successful merger integrations. Mr. Maddox’s addition increases the number of board members for CVB Financial Corp. and Citizens Business Bank from 10 to 11.

We were honored to receive additional recognition during the year that reflects the strength of our Bank and the dedication of our associates. The Los Angeles Times named Citizens Business Bank among the Top 50 Banks in Southern California, while American Banker recognized CVB Financial Corp. as one of the top-performing banks in the nation among institutions with $10 billion to $50 billion in assets. In addition, the Association for Corporate Growth Orange County presented us with its 2026 Corporate Responsibility Award. These distinctions reflect our long-standing commitment to exceptional customer service, sound financial performance, and meaningful engagement in the communities we serve.

CitizensTrust1, our wealth management division that provides trust, investment, and brokerage-related services, as well as financial, estate, and business succession planning, had approximately $5.18 billion in assets under management and administration, including $3.81 billion in assets under management, at quarter end.
