Susan M. Mlot

Susan Mlot, Executive Vice President & Head of Operations, has over 30 years of experience in providing strategic leadership for operational and risk management, change management, and business process improvement for financial services companies. Susan joined Northern Trust Corporation in 1999 as Vice President & Division Manager in Chicago, Illinois. During her 17 years at Northern Trust, she was promoted to the role of Senior Vice President of Global Operations, being tasked to lead, develop, and grow the company’s operations in Bangalore, India. Prior to joining Citizens Business Bank in July of 2020, Susan served as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations for Investors Bank in the New York City area.

Susan earned her Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago. She is also a graduate of Northern Illinois University, where she received a Bachelor of Applied Science in Operations Management. She founded and serves as a board member for Faith In The Brooke, a non-profit orphanage in India.
