Tim White

Senior Vice President
East Bay

Tim White brings more than 35 years of commercial banking experience to his role as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager of the East Bay Area Region. He joined Citizens Business Bank in 2026 following the merger with Heritage Bank of Commerce. Prior to the merger, Tim served as Senior Vice President and Market President of the Mt. Diablo Region. Throughout his career, Tim has supported a variety of businesses, nonprofit organizations, and high-net-worth investors across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Political Science from Principia College and holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University. He is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington.

Tim is actively involved in his community. He currently serves on several nonprofit boards, including Three Valleys Community Foundation and Kid’s Country, an educational enrichment provider. He also serves as commissioner for the Town of Danville and is president of the Exchange Club of San Ramon Valley. Tim regularly volunteers his time to teach financial literacy to disadvantaged youth throughout the East Bay Area.
