Dustin Warford

Executive Vice President
Chief Banking Officer

Dustin Warford serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer at Citizens Business Bank. He joined the Bank in 2026 following the acquisition of Heritage Bank of Commerce and is responsible for overseeing all Business Financial Centers throughout Northern California.

Dustin brings 25 years of experience in commercial banking and financial services. Prior to the acquisition, he served as Chief Banking Officer at Heritage Bank of Commerce, where he began in 2006. During his tenure, he held several senior leadership roles, including leading the Real Estate Industry Division and the Peninsula market.

Dustin earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Santa Clara University and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. He is actively involved in the community and has served on several nonprofit and civic boards, including the Santa Clara University Board of Regents, 19 for Life, The Bronco Bench Foundation, the San Jose Sports Authority, the San Jose Sports Hall of Fame, and Sacred Heart Nativity School.
