Rudy Ramirez, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer, has more than 20 years of Information Technology and Information Security experience in financial services. Rudy is a cybersecurity leader specializing in protecting corporate value and solving business challenges through a strategic, risk-based approach. Prior to joining Citizens Business Bank in April 2022, Rudy served as Chief Information Security Officer for Pacific Premier Bank and Opus Bank, where he was in charge of cybersecurity, physical security, business continuity, fraud, data governance, and privacy.

Rudy is a graduate of Western Governors University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance, and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM).
